Candidate Criteria

Recent graduates with a Bachelor or Master degree in
• Food Science, Food Technology, Food Packaging
• Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training and Development (must be bilingual English/Spanish)
• Business Administration, Communication
• Industrial Engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures as low as 35°F)
Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
Self motivated
Entrepreneurial
Driven to succeed
Analytical
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

1. Your resume that includes all academic credentials including major, minor (if applicable) and GPA.
2. A written explanation of why you are interested in this Management Trainee opportunity.
3. A written explanation of why we should be interested in you for the Management Trainee opportunity.
4. Provide a brief answer to at least three of the following questions:

• What was the greatest challenge you have faced in your life and how did you respond to that challenge?

• What other types of job opportunities are you considering and what do you feel is missing in those opportunities but is available in this one?

• Tell us about a time when you felt you were in over your head. How did you respond?

• How are you different from other applicants we are likely to meet?

• Explain how you make the important decisions in your life. (Provide an example of one such decision. (ex. selecting your college major, deciding where to live after graduation, deciding what type of job/career to pursue.).

• Tell us about an experience or insight that changed the way you view the world or your life.

Upon completion of the Application Review we will invite a number of applicants to come for interviews with members of our Management Team. The team will select the final candidates from the interview group.
